Welcome to the Women’s Ministry of Metro Calvary!
Our heartfelt desire is to provide a welcoming and caring environment where women are encouraged to grow in their relationship with the Lord, apply God’s Word to their lives, have a freedom to worship the Lord, and form meaningful friendships with other women. Through the opportunities we provide at Metro, we want to encourage, equip, and strengthen your faith so that you will become women of great faith and pillars in your homes and communities! Women’s Ministry includes: Bible Studies, Luncheons, Conferences, Women’s Dessert, and many other events in which to get involved and to serve! Please also visit our Bella Donna di Dio blog, a place for women to enjoy reading articles and be encouraged during their busy weeks!
Our Vision taken from Ephesians 3:17-19 is: That through faith in Christ, women, as they are rooted and established in love, may have the power to grasp how wide and long and high and deep the love of Christ is, and to know this love that surpasses knowledge — that they may be filled to the measure of all the fullness of God.
Our Belief: is that God is a “life changer.” As women come to know His immeasurable love for them, their hearts will be touched and their lives changed. When women’s lives are touched, the lives of husbands, children, neighbors, friends, and communities are also touched!
Our Goal: is that through the ministry of the Holy Spirit and obedience to the Lord, the Women’s Ministry at Metro will be used as an instrument through which God will affect women’s lives. In the hustle and bustle of a woman’s daily life, the study of God’s Word and fellowship with other women are often neglected. The Women’s Ministry of Metro seeks to reach out to women to help meet these needs!
